WHERE: Fox Den Cooking School - 131 S 1st St. / St. Charles WHO: Adults only WHAT: Travel to Provence with a delightful, French-inspired lunch menu ... we'll be making a refreshing Lavender-infused Lemonade (*optional to add Champagne), a semi-traditional Niçoise Salad (roasted salmon in place of ahi tuna) that's bursting with a variety of ingredients like green beans, boiled eggs, potatoes, tomatoes and a zesty Dijon mustard vinaigrette. We'll finish our "picnic" with a classic *Gluten-Free* Blackberry Clafoutis for dessert! |
